Retelling a story (Raconter de nouveau l'histoire)

When you retell a story, start with:

Au début, ....      (In the beginning, .... )

Puis ....                                  (Then .... )

Ensuite, ....                    (Afterward .... )

À la fin, ....                    (At the end, .... )

 

It is important that there is a logical sequence in the telling or writing of a story.
